Infinite Precast is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design & Estimating Assistant to support our design and project estimating teams. This role is key to ensuring accurate, efficient project planning and execution. You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver precise designs and reliable estimates for concrete infrastructure products like pipes, manholes, and tanks.
Key Responsibilities:
Design project components based on awarded contracts and civil plans
Create clear, detailed shop drawings aligned with project specifications, RFIs, and sketches
Assist with project estimates and proposals, including job-specific notes and qualifications
Submit designs that meet industry standards within established timelines
Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy and coordination
Support the Project Coordinator and respond to customer inquiries as needed
Understand and represent company products effectively
Identify and resolve design issues proactively
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in drafting, mathematics, or related field
2+ years of experience in construction, precast, or related industry
Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Titan Precast Management Software or similar ERP systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and civil plans
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or technical certificate
Comfortable using computers and technology relevant to the construction or precast industry

Infinite Precast is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to support our engineering and estimating teams. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in structural design, cost estimating, and project support within the precast concrete industry. You’ll play a critical role in analyzing project plans, preparing accurate product drawings and estimates, and supporting technical operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project quotes, product drawings, and detailed estimates for assigned projects
Analyze civil plans and specifications to identify scope, details, and potential conflicts
Generate and modify technical drawings using MicroStation, AutoCAD, and other design software
Support the design and detailing of precast concrete structures and formwork systems
Perform takeoffs and quantify material needs for bidding and production
Incorporate information from RFIs, bulletins, sketches, and shop drawings into design packages
Coordinate with engineers, drafters, and project coordinators to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery
Identify design improvements to enhance constructability, safety, and cost-effectiveness
Maintain organized records of drawings, estimates, and documentation
Assist in troubleshooting and developing innovative engineering solutions as needed
Provide technical support to internal teams during production and installation phases
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Prepare accurate quotes and process orders from pricing through payment collection
Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls and emails to generate new business
Gather project details including plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure proper service
Perform material take-offs and prepare thorough quotations based on customer needs

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with contract terms. This role is essential to our ability to deliver high-quality precast concrete solutions across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead contact for customers and vendors throughout the duration of each project
Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure customer needs are fully understood and met
Manage production scheduling, backlog tracking, and aging inventory for assigned projects
Confirm project scope, documentation, and scheduling details are complete and accurate
Act as the liaison between departments including Engineering, Production, Accounting, and Transportation
Monitor project progress, proactively resolve delays or issues, and maintain communication with internal team leads and management
Provide technical support and recommendations to expedite and enhance project performance
Ensure all aspects of the project remain on schedule and within expectations
Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator, ideally in concrete, manufacturing, or construction
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with ERP or inventory control systems (Titan preferred)
Proven ability to read and interpret civil and structural plans
