Nick Kennemur is a seasoned operations leader with a history of starting and running successful precast concrete facilities. His hands-on expertise spans plant management, mix design development, and end-to-end production strategies. With a focus on operational excellence, safety, and high-performance output, Nick has consistently improved efficiencies and raised quality standards across multiple precast environments.
